Apartment Sabioncello

If you're heading to Split, I highly recommend this apartment. It was the best place we stayed during our summer trip around Europe—great location, surrounded by restaurants and shops, and super clean. The apartment had everything we needed, including a washer (no dryer, but clothes dried fast on the private patio in the summer heat—plus, no shrinking!). Plenty of hangers and clips were provided too. We booked the one-bedroom, which worked great for me and my husband since he needed space to work. The living room was roomy, and the kitchen had all the basics like pots, pans, and a kettle. The bathroom was spotless, AC worked perfectly, and the building felt safe. It's on the second floor with no elevator, but the stairs are wide and easy to manage. Natasa, the host, was amazing—warm, helpful, and gave us great local food recommendations. The only regret? We couldn’t stay all 4 nights—her place was fully booked for 2 of them, so we had to stay elsewhere, and it just wasn’t the same. If we’re ever back in Split, we’re definitely staying here again!

Only small downside was we couldn’t easily use the microwave—couldn’t find a nearby outlet.

Communications with Natasa were great prior to and upon arrival where she kindly met us at the apartment to show us around and to provide us with some local info. The apartment is lovely an clean, with great air con, great shower and even better location which is bob in the middle of the centre. Would definitely recommend this property without hesitation.

Natasa was so beautiful and welcoming. She was there to greet us and to say goodbye. She said she was available 24/7 if we needed anything. Perfect location in the heart of Old Town close to everything.

Centrally located in the old town. Easy walk from harbour. Natasa, the owner, could not have been more obliging and helpful without ever being intrusive. Loved having the washing machine and the facilities for the occasional cup of tea.

Outstanding apartment. Natasha could not be more helpful. Provided WhatApp number and arranged easy checkin and welcome. Bedroom is huge and very comfortable. Good bed and Air conditioning. Kitchen is modern and well equiped. Bathroom also modern. Good hot water. Washing machine with seperate large balcony to dry clothes with pegs. Could not imagine a better location. Uber drop off point is only 2 mins. But you are palace- minutes from main square. Natasha provided excellent restaurant suggestions.

Being my first time booking an apartment, I didn't know what to expect, but after my stay Natasha has exceeded my expectations. She was welcoming my entire stay and always helped with any questions I had. The room was clean and had an extensive amount of towels, supplies, etc. It is in a fantastic location with restaurants and cafes nearby. The ferry ports are close and bus station just short walks away. If I was to come to Split again this would be the place.

Perfect location right in the heart of old town Split. Apartment was extremely well provisioned and comfortable with extra towels, pillows, etc and very comfy bed. Our host Natasa was so friendly and helpful. We wish we could have stayed longer!
