Appartement dans résidence privée avec piscine très calme, très spacieux, situé à 5 min à pied d une plage et 15 min à pied de la plage principale où il y a toutes les animations. Parking gratuit devant la résidence et une place à l intérieur. Elena nous a très bien accueilli et a été à notre écoute.

Il n y a pas de climatisation mais il y a quand même des ventilateurs.

The apartment has very, very old furnishings. Old towels, old bed linen. Practically every detail of the interior is worn out and hastily repaired. Upon arrival, you will receive detailed instructions on how to carefully use various items in the apartment (for example, you need to raise and lower the window blinds very slowly because they tend to get stuck and make a lot of noise; the second level of the children's bunk bed is not recommended for use because the bottom seems to sag; the cooktop is cracked but somehow works, and so on). Be prepared for anything to break and the repair cost to fall on you. We were lucky and only the toilet button broke. The amount is calculated completely randomly, together with the "handyman" over the phone. We didn't argue since our taxi was waiting. But we really wanted to discuss everything that was not working in the apartment. Therefore, we recommend planning at least 40 minutes for check-out instead of the 15 minutes we had planned. Who knows what you might have to negotiate about... Overall, the cost of this apartment is low, but there is a high chance you will end up paying for some repairs out of your deposit. And the deposit is 300 euros in cash, which is also worth noting.
