Cozy Honeymoon Apartment in the Old Town

Lokacija odlicna, auto nam nije bilo ni potrebno, imali smo parking. Ivan koji nas je ugostio jako ljubazan momak i svaka cast na susretljivosti. Sigurno cemo opet doci. Svaka preporuka!!

Great location, 3 minute walk from Riva and all other parts of city are in a walking distance. Apartman itself is equiped really well (dishwasher, coffe machine, big TV, fast internet, etc.). The owner of the place checked with us if everything is fine multiple times and is just a lovely person.

Our stay in this apartment was truly fantastic. The online photos set high expectations, and they are completely met. The apartment is just a five-minute walk from the bustling city center, yet it's tucked away in a cozy and quiet alley, ensuring total tranquility. The studio is very cleverly laid out, feels spacious, and is perfectly maintained. All the amenities you could need are provided: a fully equipped kitchen where you can comfortably prepare a meal, a comfortable seating area, and a washing machine. The air conditioning works excellently, keeping the room at a pleasant temperature. The host, Ivan, is an absolute star. Communication was flawless; he is clear, sends messages at just the right moments, and is always ready to help. The check-in process was handled through a convenient and privacy-friendly online service with a QR code, which made the whole process seamless. Moreover, the location is a perfect base for exploring Split, with parks, beaches, and the city center all within walking distance.

There are only two minuscule points worth mentioning. The boiler has a somewhat limited capacity, making it challenging for two people to take hot showers one after the other. Additionally, the shutters on the windows are not easily operated from the inside, meaning the room can't be completely dark, since the curtains do let in some light. However, these are minor details that do not detract from an otherwise perfect experience. We highly recommend it

This is an excellent location right outside the original town walls but everything is within a few minutes walk of the apartment. Perfect place for a base for busy sightseeing but no outside space it weather gets really hot

Not easy to find although Ivan's cousin (taxi driver) walked us to the apartment and showed the keysafe. It was late at night and dark. Wouldn't be easy to find on your own at nighttime. Walk past 'Street Food old house Cafe' past lingerie shop about 10 meters, small alley-way opposite 2nd coffee shop leads to apartment (next to launderette). Very quiet street

This is a quiet and private location, close to the main promenade in Split. The property is well equiped and comfortable and the host was very helpful.

There was not much room for suitcases.

Location was so good very near to everything. . Apartment had absolutely everything you would need. Loved the lighting above the bed. Comfortable bed.

Bit hard to find. Little Italian restaurant on passage wag Turn down lane almost opposite it. Apartment on the very inside around the corner.

It was a great location to see the Palace and walk to the early morning tour meeting points. Great to escape the crowds and come back to aircon and quiet (very thick walls and tucked away behind and under a traditional apartment). The walk in the forest behind is also lovely. (Early in the morning there is no one there at the little beaches. Early morning swim is the go. Beautiful.) lots of great restaurants and bars to choose from. The kitchen was excellent - everything you need. There’s even an oven. We like to cook when travelling for long periods. We also chose this place to catch up on our laundry. The bed was very comfortable. Everything felt new but there were lovely home touches also.

The location made up for everything but it was a little dark (we opened the blinds and windows when we could - not that easy to do). We attempted to have a cuppa outside one sunny morning but were told in no uncertain terms that the land in front of the entrance belonged to the lady upstairs. There is a cute little cafe very close in the alleyway, so not an issue for most people.

L’emplacement du studio est au calme et dans la vieille ville l’hôte est sympathique le studio a tout ce qu’il faut. Il y a des restaurants et des commerces en sortant de la rue

Il y a une odeur de remonter d’égouts dans le studio c’est un peu désagréable mais je pense que c’est passager 🙏
