Comfortable and clean. Kitchen well equiped. Nice and friendly host. Good location, quiet street just 2 min walk from 'Riva'.

The location was absolutely perfect with easy access to all points of interest. The apartment was spacious, well presented, and in a quiet street but close to all the action. Our host was wonderful, giving clear guidelines on how to find and access the apartment. We arrived early, but she organised access so we could leave our luggage inside and go and explore. It's the little things that matter.😁

The neighbor walking around upstairs in the middle of the night was a little disturbing. The main bed probably needs a new mattress

We liked that it had a washing machine and kitchen and 2 seperate bedrooms

Unfortunately this turned out to be our least favorite stay in Croatia in 3 weeks. Our host was lovely but the apartment was a real let down, the alleyway and entry is a bit shabby - I wouldn't walk here alone at night. You can't open the window shutters because people can see in, there isn't much daylight - the photos show the shutters open and bright but it's not practical being inside with them open like that. The photos also show the dining table in the middle of the kitchen/lounge but the room is too small to function like this, it needs to be pushed agains the wall to more space. The dining chairs and couch are comfy. The kitchen is well equiped. The AC unit is at the entry foyer and does not cool the bedrooms - not a problem for us but in the heat of summer it could be. The entryway is split level so as you enter you have to step up one or 2 stairs to the bedrooms on the left and living on the right. This was not a problem for us, but I did have concerns going to the bathroom at night so we left the lights on. The beds are a bit uncomfortable the main bedroom mattress has a dip in the middle when 2 people lay in it, and the bed squeeks when you move so hubby ended up sleeping on the couch, the second bedroom is very small and the bed is a single, suitable for a child up to about the age of 12 but beyond that it's too short, we were there with our adult son (he wasn't overly comfortable). I think it should be replaced with a longer single and repositioned, nothing much else fits in the room anyway so may as well made the bed at least comfy. The wifi is sketchy, i was having the login in repeatedly and the streaming would lag for instagram/facebook. The worst part of our experience is that the upstairs neighbor is really noisy, he/she stomps around and drags their furniture until midnight - I ended up using my earplugs from my flight to sleep.

It was not far from the Riva water front. Lots of restaurants and pubs in the area

The way the rooms were located. Step up and step down to go from bedrooms to the kitchen. The bed was not comfortable at all and no top sheets.

Self catering apartment - was on ground floor so no stairs for our heavy luggage! We enjoyed a fabulous shower and each had our own bedroom - we were absolutely close to the harbour seafront and taxi terminal yet based in the old town which was marvellous! We had everything we required and the host assisted us with taxi phone calls etc

I have no complaints! The host was attentive and available for all my questions!

Nice big apartment, close to centre and 1/2hr walk from station/bus. Studenac supermarket within 2 mins walk. Beds were good and linen was clean. Was very worried about the previous reviews saying that the apartment needed updating and lot of junk in spare room, but obviously owner has taken heed and renovated and put in new units etc. Shower was also good and good WiFI

Down a small side street and end of a cul-de-sac , so a bit difficult to find. But because of this nice and quiet.Also you have to message time of arrival, whcih we hadnt seen and so had to phone although we had informed approx time of arrival, but soemone came withing10mins. NO curtains, so light streams in, difficult to sleep. Airconditioning ONLY in hallway. Luckily when we were there it wasnt too hat, but can see this being a problem in summer.
