Beach Pearl Apartment

The accommodation was spotlessly clean and, as described in the photos on Booking.com. It is a very safe place close to the beach. Our host, Ana, was very friendly and helpful. If we had any questions, we just sent her a WhatsApp message. You are a little bit away from the city, (we wanted a place close to the beach) so you need to get taxis in and out. I recommend using UBER as they cost a fraction of the price. ( average €4.80 per journey.) A wonderful experience overall.

There is some building going on around the beach area at present, so a little extra noise. However, it will soon be finished, and there will be new restaurants and shops along the promenade then.

Apartment was beautifully decorated and cosy. Has a balcony to chill at night and smoke if you are a smoker. Very compactful apartment so everything is bascially in your reach without navigating through rooms too much. Huge thanks to host for being polite, communicative and for making it easy for both of us to collect the key since my working time is a bit inconvenient. To sum it up I had extremely relaxing 2 days in a beautifully garnitured and compact apartment and the host was great! Would recommend to anyone and guarantee you would have a good time there!

We had excellent communication with the owner, and everything was clearly explained. The apartment was clean and well-prepared for our stay, with plenty of towels and toiletries provided. A washing machine was a blessing for a longer stay, as was the dishwasher. We were pleasantly surprised by a little snack prepared for us, especially since we had a late flight. The location was convenient, being close to the beach and a bus stop to the city center.

We liked everything about the apartment.It was clean, comfortable, beautiful, and l with everything you may need during your stay. It was very close to the city center, less than 10 minutes drive by Uber with ~8 euro cost. The owner of the apartment was a very nice and friendly lady, and helped with everything we needed.

The thing which I did not like is not related to the apartment, but the fact that nearby famous Žnjana beach was closed and was under construction. Also nearby streets. Fortunately, there was a small beach near the apartment, which was still accessible.

The property met our expectations and a little more. Host is great, location is 3 minutes from the best beach in Split. Supermarket is 5 min easy walk with great offers (Tommy). Apartment has a nice balcony with sea view and is fully equipped with everything you could need for you stay. Will stay here again 100%.

Host: Ana was amazing. Very communicative and available through booking.com chat and whatsapp. Had great advice. Location: 5min walk to žjan beach. 10min drive to riva promenade/old town etc. Uber was 6e one way. Apartment: was nice and very clean. Balcony had a peekaboo view of the ocean. Bathroom amd kitchen were well stocked. We cooked dinner one night and had all the utensils we needed. Wifi: was strong, great. Restaurant/café: 50ft from the apartment. Convenience store: 50m from the apartment.
