Apartments Annya

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The apartment was squeaky clean and had all the necessary items required for daily use. It was even cleaner than some of the 4-star hotels we have stayed in! We felt very comfortable as we could find all the amenities and facilities in the apartment. The host Annya was very kind and helpful and really made us feel welcome. If we come to Split again, I would definitely stay here.

Excellently stocked, full of everything you’d need. Great location with a short walk to everything including trains and buses. Clean and well presented.

Small complaint, but the fridge made a bit of noise, so you have to close the bedroom door but this prevents airflow around the apartment

It was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and a very convenient location! As a plus, there were maps and guide pamphlets for guests, bottled water, a couple of beers, and a bottle of wine. I also noticed charge adapters available for guests use. We loved this property!

There was nothing we did not like.

I like everything except for the noises I can hear from the nearby room/bathroom or footsteps on the stairs especially in the middle of the night coz the room/apartment isn’t soundproof.

Everything was perfect. Rooms were clean and in good size. The location was super - the old town and the beach were both only a couple of minutes away. The rooms had everything you could need and the host was super helpful.

Good location, Ana is a very kind hostess that thought of everything that a traveler may need for a short stay. Great communication with her. Flat is new, comfortable and clean. For a small flat, it has a great floor plan that one can stay comfortably. I highly recommend!

Spotlessly clean with all modern and plentiful facilities and utensils. Ana was very quick to respond to any queries/ issues that we had and was very helpful.

Only minor issue is it’s compactness.
