The localisation is perfect, you can access by the sea and the center in 5 minutes by walk !

No place to store the luggage after checking out

The place was great , ver comfortable and close to everything, we had a little issue but it was solved immediately, communication was great and fast

It is one of the most fantastic Booking.com rentals we have ever used (and we have used lots). Perfect location, just a 10 minute walk into the centre of Split. Lots of eateries and supermarkets right outside the property. The accommodation was spotless and had an amazing shower. The AC unit was also incredible, which was needed in the August heat. It really was a great AC machine. The host was so helpful in the communication with us both before and during the stay via WhatsApp. We had videos sent to us a few days before that clearly showed where the keys would be etc. We also had everything we could possibly need for our stay, such as handwash, shower gel, disherwasher tablets etc. We will definitely stop here again when we come back!

The street outside was very messy

Very clear instructions to find and access the room. Host available by message. Clean and comfortable. Good location, very close to the heart of Split but just a few streets away (not too noisy). There's also a fridge to keep drinks cool.

It would be great to have something to hang wet clothes for when we get back from the beach, like a small clothes airer that could be folded away when not in use.
