Absolutely the best stay It was great location by the sea and 10 min to town centre It has amazing facilities- like the best! The hosts are friendly and helpful too I would defo stay there again Much better than the hotels. Very clean as well

One of the best and most complete accommodations we had on our trip. The facilities were great, bbq, laundry, kitchen, full size fridge, microwave, etc. We were very comfortable, like we were home and spacious enough. Host was also very friendly and even gave us a gift. Location close enough to the city and beaches

There were unfortunately cockroaches that got in, but luckily there was insect powder that we used and was very effective. There is parking availability in the neighborhood but private parking would have been much appreciated.

Great location, short walk from the old town and beaches in the area with a shop close by. Property was spacious and aircon was a lifesaver, very clean. Towels and bed linen provided

Quite a few ants and no oven but this isn’t the end of the world and it seems like the ant problem is being addressed

The apartment had everything we needed, was very comfortable, with a kitchen, nice bathroom and air conditioning. I would definitely come here again.

We were able to arrive earlier than initially scheduled. Our host was very friendly and welcoming. He gave us tips on where to eat and swim, and showed us a fascinating book about Split's history. I also have to mention the beautiful garden. If you spend enough time on the terrace, you can see passing cats, seagulls, lizards, and even some turtles. Mr. Anderson provided us with a cool breeze on one of the hottest days of the summer (if you rent the place, you will get the pun :) ). The place was quiet, except for the crazy seagulls and cats that always seemed to be yelling at each other. We each received a welcome Ožujsko beer, which became one of our favorites for the rest of the vacation. We also shared gardening tips with our host Darko, who is a very wise man. Overall, I couldn't recommend this place more. 10 out of 5.

One thing I would mention that could be problematic for someone who is not very fit: you will need to climb a lot of steps to get in or out of the apartment (or take a very steep road). So beware, this can be exhausting when it's 38 degrees outside :)

Location very good, close to local mini mart, short walk to centre. Split is walkable (but would pose problems for anyone with access requirements) so you can arrive at the bus station and be at the property in around 45min. Studio had a nice little kitchen and porch outside. Aircon very quiet. Good to have owner on-site.
