V Luxury Apartment

Super accommodating host, very nice and comfortable space! Wish I would have had to stay longer!

It’s very cozy and lots of detail to make us stay comfortably. The location is perfect. Walking distance to downtown and very quiet at night.

Initially V was chosen for parking, laundry and location, but the hosts thoughtful appointments made our stay perfect—from snacks, amazing shower and beautiful design.

The owner is very nice. She recommended restaurants, helped us with directions and answered all of our questions. The apartment interior is nice, clean and comfortable.

The exterior of the building, the stairs and the list are old and the place is not easy to find on our first day of arrival. However, the interior of the apartment and the nice owner have made the stay comfortable in general.

This apartment was beautiful, very clean, immaculate really, very comfortable and an excellent location. Zana was very responsive and met us in person even after we arrived late. The finishings in the apartment are high end and beautiful. The mattress, pillows and duvet were amazing (and we are discerning world travellers so it is not easy to impress us with bedding)! The blackout blinds just made sleep so much better! A/C in both the living area and separate control for the bedroom were great. The apartment had pretty much everything we needed. Zana left us some food as a welcome gift: cheese, prosciutto, margarine, milk, beer, wine, champagne, bottled water, chocolates, tea, coffee pods. Very thoughtful. There is no oven but we would not have needed one. We made pasta on the stovetop one night. I suggested a Parmesan cheese grater and an ice cube tray which she will buy. The balcony was great with a nice view and only a 10 minute walk to the harbour and Diocletian’s Palace. The only thing I would note is that the building itself looks at bit sketchy with graffiti on the outside door and windows. The hallways are dark unless you turn on the lights (I am sure it is for energy savings however it would be better to have motion lights so you aren’t walking up or down in the dark and looking for a light switch). The elevator looks like something from Russia. Old, small and once it did not work so we walked down (no big deal because we didn’t have luggage at that point). These issues are not within the control of the owner of the apartment. When we first arrived I was a bit concerned because the outside of the building doesn’t do justice to the luxury interior of the apartment/ condo. But the condo is so great and we never saw a single other person in the building (we stayed for 5 nights). Thank you Zana!

High quality finish & decor with great use of a compact space - it had everything we needed & plenty of room for a couple. The balcony off the lounge was a good size & a lovely space with view over the city & space to dry laundry on the line. The lounge was comfortable with a nice dining area and great TV. Great kitchen area, well equipped & really appreciated the snacks & drinks left for us in the fridge. The bed was amazingly comfortable & we slept really well, wished we had an extra night there. The bathroom was a really nice space, great shower & good toiletries provided. Good location, quiet residential area around 10-15 mins walk to Riva.

On the whole great. The only small negative was there had been a power cut in the neighbourhood on the day we checked in so the lift was not working, luckily my partner is strong & had no issue carrying our luggage up the 4 flights of stairs! Whilst the quality of this this apartment is amazing, it is a little on the pricey side in comparison to other similar options, but it was worth it!

Zanz is Fantatic really kind she explains everything and prepare welcoming food ! The appartement is really comfortable and fully equipped,close to city center I recommend strongly

Great location just a short walk to the beach and centre of town. The bed was extremely comfortable and there were black out shutters! Lovely place.
