Spacious studio in a quiet neighbourhood, not far from the city center. Easy acces to the old town (15-20 minutes on foot), buses and shops. All appliances were functional and the appartment was clean and well organized. There was access to a garden space where you could sit and have a drink in the evening, under a large fig tree. Private parking is available just in front of the appartment, which was a great plus. The communication with the host was very good and efficient and we appreciated the flexibility to arrive later than the normal.check-in hoir, despite it being a legal holiday day. Overall, great location and very good value for money for Split.

The appartment is not really a ground floor, more like a tall basement, so there is little natural light during the day. The appartment can accomodate 4 people Having a few more mugs and cutlery for all.of them would make it easier to serve meals.
