Apartment Belavista

Very warm welcome by both of the hosts, even though we arrived very late in the evening, including a chilled bottle of wine and some fruit and cookies. All bathroom and kitchen necessities were provided. Lovely and big terrace with shutters and nice view over the marina.

We liked it all

The apartment was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Only a 10 min walk from the centre of the old town. Two supermarkets and a bakery were close by and other shops were a short walk away. The hosts were very helpful on arrival and provided a welcoming bottle of wine and bowl of fruit. Although built up, the location was quiet and there was a view of the bay from the spacious balcony.

There was nothing not to like. Would suggest to increase the amount of cutlery above the standard set of 4 knives, 4 forks etc.

The apartment was well appointed, clean and very comfortable. The hosts were very pleasant, but their English was quite poor and thus hard to communicate.

The neighborhood was questionable, but once inside the apartment building it was very nice.

Absolutely everything was excellent. The location of the apartment is perfect with a really enjoyable view (near the city center, but at the same time a quiet place to rest). The apartment was super clean and well equipped. Private parking space, a great terrace for enjoyment, close distance to supermarkets and many restaurants. Very pleasant and kind hosts. An excellent experience for me and my girlfriend. Thanks for everything.

The location was closed to the historical center

Roberto and Ivanka were terrific. Showed us the entire apartment and how to operate. Location 10 minute walk to centre. Everything updated. Parking was in their garage. Everything wonderful.

We stayed in this apartment for 4 nights during the New Year 2022/23. The building is very easy to find, you can park your car in the garage and you will be welcomed by the friendliest hosts. The hosts gave us all the information about Split, a bottle of red local wine was waiting for us in the fridge and fresh fruit in a basket on the table. And that's not all, a small Christmas tree contributed to the pleasant Christmas atmosphere. The apartment is very clean, everything is carefully washed and every blanket, every decorative pillow smelt so fresh. If we come back to Split, we will definitely come back to your place. Superb spacious new appartement in excellent conditions and splendid views to the sea! I would give 20 out of 10. With heavenly beds and very quiet we slept very well! There is a lift from the garage to the 5th floor (we could park our car in the owners double garage). The kitchen is very well equipped, with filter coffee machine, dishwasher and big fridge. The washing machine is an extra bonus. A big TV screen receives also Sky TV in English. The owner couple living next door are very friendly and helpful. A welcoming fruit bowl is very inviting when coming into the appartement. A Lidl supermarket is in the same appartement block underneath. You are in 10 minutes walk in the old town of Split. We would definitely book this appartement again as we felt like at home!!
