Beach Split Apartments

The location was convenient for nearby beaches and the old town was 20 min walk away. The apartment was clean and had all the utensils. The landlady was very welcoming and informative.

There was no elevator in the building and the apartment is on the 4th floor. Dragging 3 large suitcases up the stairs was exhausting. There was no air conditioning in one of the bedrooms - only a fan. The air conditioning in the kitchen area did not work initially but was fixed after 2 days.

Location was good. Neat! Bedroom were spacious. As excellent host. Very helpful. My husband forgot my bag in the bus. After three days Asja took us to the bus station and there the bag ! She did what was not expected, took us with her car at own costs. Thank you very much Asja!

Not to far from the beaches, not on a beach around 15 minute walk

No view from any window, overgrown bushes obstructing making it dark, no balcony, nowhere nice to sit outside., apartment next door has to walk past. This apartment is at a different address to the advitised address on Booking.com Very dated bathrooms, second bathroom shower area is not fit for purpose, small and narrow triangular shape. No work area to prepare food in kitchen. The only plus to the apartment is both bedrooms and living room are spacious.

The view is stunning. The communication was brilliant and organised airport tramsfer 👍 The air con was great to have in the middle of a heat wave.

Carrying heavy luggage up 3 flights of stairs was really hard, probably my fault for not reading the description properly and there is no balcony. The flats are residential so felt a bit awkward with noise etc.

The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Easy to wash clothes etc.

The location and outlook was terrible. The photos of the sea were a fantasy as the apartment was surrounded by ugly high rise apartment buildings. No restaurants close by and the beach was difficult to get to.

The property was very clean and location was good. Hosts were on hand and very helpful.

The shower was not very hot by time 3 people used it.

Helpful video to the front door from the street. Two bathrooms. Air conditioning. Clean and spacious.

No pillows on the second bed, just used some from the sofa.

the location isn’t where it shows on booking. it was far and not with a sea view.
