Location and washing machine. The host was very nice and awaiting our arrival

Convenience of the city. Very central and spacious. It felt like being at home. 1 minute walk to the city centre, 10 minute walk from the ferry.

Everything was perfect

Vensa is very pleasant, and we will meet her during check-in. I apologize for our slight delay due to traffic. She provided us with a lot of helpful information. The location is ideal, as the town is just next door. The house is maintained in excellent cleanliness and is quiet at night. Please note that they do not have their own parking lot, so we will need to find nearby parking.

Finding a car park space on the nearby public car parks was a bit difficult

Location was great and the apartment was super comfortable and big. Vesna and her family were very kind and welcoming and always responsive. Great value for money, I would recommend this flat to everyone visiting Split :)

Large towels were a bit too thin, but just a detail

Convenient location

The apartment was clean and comfortable and it felt like a home away from home. Vesna the host was exceptionally helpful and welcomed us warmly. It was right next to the palace and the Riva. Lots of nice eating places around the property

We couldn't adjust the heater, it was cool in the evening, the neighbors were smoking and there was a smell in the apartment.

Location wonderful, very short walk to harbour and shops. Welcoming, helpful and friendly host. Comfortable and large double bed. Rooms felt spacious with high ceilings.

Not the owners fault but there is another flat that shares the entrance with this flat which has someone who must be a heavy smoker and it comes out into the little lobby. There was a strong smell of smoke in this flat when we arrived which eventually went when we kept all the windows open, but every time we came home we rushed in to try to avoid the smoke smell as it is overbearing, kids found it unpleasant and we sprayed air freshener to try to clear it.
