One air conditioner struggled a bit with keeping whole place cool but is was very hot .

Dużo przestrzeni, przemyślana, ciekawa aranżacja wnętrza. Otrzymaliśmy wiele pomocnych rekomendacji, co zobaczyć, gdzie zjeść, jak poczuć prawdziwy klimat miasta. Czułyśmy się totalnie zaopiekowane. Miejsce z duszą i sercem — z przyjemnością wrócimy!

Gorgeous, newly updated apartment in the heart of old town, literally steps from the action! Beautifully designed and appointed.

These are very minor but we didn’t have wash cloths or enough shampoo/ body wash. The pillows on the bed were a little uncomfortable. Otherwise everything was amazing! Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Best apartment in Split. It is beautiful and spacious. The location is beyond special. The owner is amazing and so accommodating. This is A MUST RENTAL spot. We will rent again and again. This owner is one of the best we’ve ever experienced….

The location was ideal, the host was excellent, the apartment was spacious and the facilities were good.

Excellent vacation rental in the middle of the old town. Extremely spacious, great kitchen, dining room and living area. Especially appreciated the washing machine and dryer. Host Branimir was friendly and accommodating, meeting us when we arrived.

Nothing really but expect to hear music students practising their various music instruments during the day; we didn’t mind it as it added to the atmosphere.

Simply put, what is there not to like! The Old Town Luxury House is beautiful and quaint, impeccably clean with a charming interior. Branimir, our host, was hospitable, friendly and took the effort to ensure this surprise getaway for my wife's birthday was extra special. The home is centrally located within the old part of Split, accessed by a private courtyard which made it a quiet and secure getaway - a beautiful hidden gem which exceeded expectations. We were received locally and introduced to the immediate area and the property, with a lovely tour of the home and facilities. The high-end finishes, attention to detail and architectural design were superb. A highlight of our trip to Croatia and our easiest recommendation yet.

Good location and room was great !!! And best location to old town. Parking lot was not so far but good to warking from house. Room size was great and facilities was perfect. Only, some music sound was small noise but not very hurt.^^

It is central and quite. The only accommodation that I have had so far with enough possibilites to hang towels and cloth. And I travel a lot. Perfectly equipped appartment. The host was amazing, gave us a lot of tips and background information. He picked us up form the airport. We will come back!
