Meeldiv loomulik valgus. Värske puhas õhk.Pinnad nõud puhtad. Köögis kõik olemas alustades pokaalidest lõpetades pottidega. Tee, kohv, suhkur, mesi, pudruhelbed,spagetid. Külmik, nõudepesu masin. Palju telekanaleid. Voodi mugav. Paksud seinad, korralikud aknad, ükski heli ei kostnud läbi.Tasuta parkimine. ASUKOHT!

Asukoht on väga hea. Avar ruum, hea mahutavus

Võtmekarbi asukohta oli keeruline leida. Suure magamisvoodi peatsi nahk on katki ja pudisev, mis tekitab ebameeldiva ja musta mulje. Vannitoas võiks olla föönitamise jaoks ka pistik, ning dushigeeli ja shampooni ka polnud. Kahjuks oli kuulda ka ülemisi naabreid

Стильна квартира в самому центрі Тарту. Чисто.

Одне з ліжок фактично знаходиться в дуже маленькій кімнаті — це радше місце для вбудованої шафи чи кладовки, яке знаходиться навпроти дверей у туалет та ванну кімнату. В ній немає вікон і дверей. В будинку не продуманий ряд важливих речей. Наприклад, в туалеті немає рушників. Ніяких взагалі, але є умивальник. Що робити із мокрими руками не зрозуміло. Треба мокрими руками відкривати двері і йти в іншу кімнату їх витирати. Нас було троє. Не було жодного рушника для ніг. В квартирі відсутня праска, хоча за такі гроші можна було б її і знайти.
