Old Town Luxury apartment with sauna

Location.

The space would benefit from better ventilation or freshening. The property is advertised as having three bedrooms, however in practice it is a two-bedroom apartment. Additionally, one bedroom is situated in the basement near the sauna/utility space, which may not suit all guests as a standard bedroom.

Todella paha viemärin haju, joka on varmasti omistajan tiedossa. Raju liikenteen meteli, ilmeisesti viereistä katua käytetään viikonloppuisin kiihdytysratana. Kaksi makuuhuonetta yhdistetty siten, että toiseen kuljetaan toisen läpi ja ainoa suihku on perimmäisessä huoneessa. Kahdessa makuuhuoneista on sänky, kolmannessa vain levitettävä sohva. A very strong sewage smell throughout the property, which the owner is surely aware of. There was also very annoying traffic noise, as the street seems to be used as a racing strip on weekends. Two of the bedrooms have been connected in such a way that you must walk through one bedroom to reach the other, and the only shower is located in the innermost room. Two of the bedrooms have proper beds, while the third only has a sofa bed.

Interesting apartment layout, excellent location.

Poor ventilation in the bathroom.
