Красивый жилой комплекс, тихий центр, магазины в 10 минутах ходьбы. Квартира чистая, стильная, все продумано, терраса просто отличная.

Нехватало микроволновки.

Ļoti laba naktsmītne – ērta un piemērota uzturēšanās vieta gan 3 pieaugušajiem, gan 2 bērniem (skolēniem). Īpaši patika terase, kas rada papildu komfortu un iespēju baudīt mierīgu atpūtu. Dzīvoklis ir pilnībā aprīkots – pieejami visi nepieciešamie trauki, kafijas aparāts, cepeškrāsns, ledusskapis un trauku mazgājamā mašīna. Netālu atrodas arī Mini Rimi, kas ir ļoti ērti ikdienas vajadzībām. Naktsmītne atrodas jaunā, modernā ēkā, un teritorijā pieejams bērnu laukums, kas īpaši noder ģimenēm ar mazākiem bērniem. Rajons ir kluss, drošs un piemērots mierīgai atpūtai. Atrašanās vieta ir lieliska - tikai 8–10 minūšu gājiena attālumā atrodas ūdens atrakciju parks Aura, AHHAA zinātnes centrs un autoosta, savukārt vecpilsēta sasniedzama aptuveni 15 minūtēs ar kājām. Īpašnieki ir ļoti atsaucīgi un ātri reaģē uz jautājumiem. Noteikti iesaku šo naktsmītni un labprāt izvēlētos to vēlreiz, viesojoties Tartu.

Trauku mazgājamā mašīna nebija kārtīgi nomazgājusi glāzes, bija visas jāpārmazgā. Pie mājas (ārpusē) nav atkritumu tvertnes (t.sk. pelnu trauks), kur izmest atkritumus.
