Very convenient location (at the border of Tartu old town), clean, new, cozy place. We were travelling 2 adults + 2 kids and for 1 night it was a great fit. Easy access from the street, quiet house and very nice area.

There was no microwave (with kids you usually need it) and the floor was not heated (just gotten used to it so much that the lack of it seems odd by now :) ... feet got a bit chilly). Parking on the street during weekdays and 1st part of Saturday is paid - so please be aware of it.

Place was very nice, clean and comfortable, we found everything we need. Excellent location, everything was within walking distance. Both master bed and extra bed were very comfortable.
