The apartment is modern, comfortable and located in the Tartu historical precinct. The area is very attractive, safe and quiet at night. Main tourist sights and the city hub are within easy reach by walking and therefore very convenient. We enjoyed our stay.

The apartment is one bedroom and compact, ideal if single or couple without too much luggage. Across the world key locks are all different. More instructions are needed.There was a washing machine but no dryer, so we didn't use it. Street parking is only available from 19:00 hrs until 8:00 a.m. It was easy to find metered parking in town but it adds up. As we needed to shop a few times, the cheaper parking rates at the local shopping mall was convenient.

Perched at the top of the gorgeous town's most gorgeous street, this ground floor, oddly shaped apartment is extremely quiet, has more than enough room to it, and feels embraced by the outside hill it sits at the bottom of. Well furnished, It sleeps four comfortably but the space would feel crowded with four people constantly there. All very efficient and comfortable! And while one view is onto a parking lot, the others let in views of grass and trees. Very occasional passersby can peer into the windows directly but they are few and far between.

Not that it will matter to most people, but the interior furnishing is in the rather typical Early Mausoleum Style of black with contrasting dark grey, making an already light-starved apartment feel even darker. Typical of a lot of modern-furnished apartments, as if the world produces no other colours than shades of grey and black. And the communication is rather cold and monosyllabic, but that's alsor ather typical of these more impersonal options which comprise the majority of offerings these days. This however should not impact the quality of your stay.

L'entrée de l'immeuble était compliqué à trouver. Perdu 20 mn. Le no de l’immeuble ne se trouve pas devant la rue. On a fait le tour de l’immeuble par la gauche, descendu une pente, trouvé des portes mais ce n’était jamais la bonne, personne à qui demandé. Finalement l’on a contourné l’immeuble et en fait si l’on est face à celui-ci, la porte se trouve sur le côté droit mais personne n’a donné les explications. Quelle perte de temps. Jamais reçu le code de la porte. Heureusement que quelqu'un est sorti et nous a donné les codes de la porte d'entrée et de l'appartement sinon l'on aurait dormi dehors avec mes 3 enfants.
