Pas d’essuie tout. Il y as vraiment le strict minimum…dommage quelques petite choses en plus serait idéal

La ubicación no está mal. Muy cerca del casco antiguo.

El apartamento está poco equipado. No hay cosas básicas para limpiar un poco y solo hay un rollo de papel higiénico, la tele no tiene los canales básicos, 2 de 4 sillas están rotas, hace mucho calor y la limpieza es deficiente. Una decepción.

Instructies vooraf waren heel helder en uitgebreid met foto's waardoor het kluisje gemakkelijk te vinden was. Waar dan precies de ingang van het huisje zelf lag was nog even puzzelen.

De slaapbank was niet zo comfortabel, er had een topper aanwezig kunnen zijn. Ook de pannen in de keuken waren echt niet meer te gebruiken zo oud als ze waren.

El apartamento estaba limpio. Pese a que estaba viejo el edificio dentro del apartamento no se notaba demasiado. Intimo y cama cómoda.

El wc no era para nada cómodo de usar, estaba dentro del armario de la caldera, si estabas haciendo tus necesidades dentro la puerta no cerraba, ya no te digo para cambiarte compresa o tampax. La cocina está equipada regular. El tostador tenía un trozo de plástico quemado dentro, que hacía imposible su uso. Lo sacamos y aun así al encenderlo olía a quemado y plástico y salía humo. No lo pudimos usar. Las sartenes estaban muy deterioradas. No daban ni una bolsa de basura, pese a que el apartamento contaba con 3 papeleras. La cama, aunque si era muy cómoda, había un nórdico muy gordo, que siendo julio y haciendo tanta humedad dentro de la casa, porque hacía mucha, hacía difícil, era demasiado y pasabas calor al dormir.

We had a wonderful stay! The communication was absolutely perfect from start to finish — clear, fast, and super helpful. The apartment was very clean, nicely furnished, and exactly as described. The location couldn’t be better — just a 3-minute walk from the historic center of Tours, in a quiet and charming area. Check-in was seamless with clear instructions for getting the keys. Any time we had a question, the host responded quickly and kindly. Excellent client service overall. Highly recommended!

Great location, central to everything! Fab boulangerie and sandwich shop on the front door step, less than 5mins from the river, antiques market on Wednesday and Saturday in the square. Lots of restaurants nearby and carrefour supermarket just up the street. Plenty of space in the apartment for 2 people, toilet box was entertaining but functional for 2 x 6ft tall adults. Good shower. Had a great stay and would definitely revisit for that price, thank you!

Nothing we were unhappy with. Suggestions for the future would be - sharp knife for cutting vegetables - were given dishwasher tablet on welcome box but no dishwasher, but we were given washing up liquid, very useful! - working internet would be good and tv was there but we don’t have any subscriptions to tv services. We did try to get it to work and emailed the company when we arrived. It wasn’t necessary to our stay so didn’t ask again. - a little chair and maybe table for outdoor use would be nice
