We stayed in the apartment in October and found Trani to be an excellent starting point for our trips. We chose not to stay in Bari, preferring the authentic atmosphere of a smaller city. Trani was a great choice. We took longer trips to Gargano, Vieste, and the beaches there, as well as to Bari, Monopoli, Castel del Monte, and Polignano a Mare. The apartment is located in an old building with great character. The ground floor space was empty, possibly previously a restaurant. The building is quiet, and the apartment amenities are sufficient, resembling an IKEA style. We spent most of our time outdoors, using the apartment mainly for breakfast and overnight stays. Parking was free, and there were always available spots in the free parking area in front of the apartment.

The biggest disappointment was the bed in the bedroom. It creaked so much that we ended up putting the mattress on the floor instead. The landlord mentioned that the bed is almost new (purchased in March 2024) but acknowledged that it needs attention.

Very comfortable accommodation, large apartment, fully equipped, in a great location. The city surprised us a lot. The best check in. We had no problem with the stairs.

The location was excellent. We enjoyed the view over the Castello and majestic ocean views. The apartment was spacious and light and great to have a washer.

Small things make all the difference to an enjoyable experience so only having one wine glass, very tiny, thin towels and a cold shower on our last day leave a bad impression. The owners kindly dropped two wine glasses to the apartment when informed which was very responsive. Unfortunately, there was a strong odor in the space too.

Lovely, clean and well-equipped apartment at a central location.

The stairs were challenging, especially to get luggage up to the apartment.

Few things didn’t work but overall still would stay there as they were small (toilet seat, fan for cooking). The boiler broke while we were there but they fixed that quickly

The property is located in an area where there are plenty of options to eat out for breakfast within a short walking distance if desired. We chose the location carefully for the sea view, parking and closeness to facilities, it didn't disappoint. The property was spacious, had high ceilings and well enough appointed for our length of stay

This was a great apartment for our young family (kids aged 5 and 7). It's perfectly located in Trani which exceeded our expectations, with good facilities, the host was very responsive.

The apartment was spacious, modern, and very comfortable for our stay. The location was excellent, and the views were beautiful! We even saw an unexpected fireworks show from our window! There was ample free parking nearby (go on the unpaved area for free; within blue lines you have to pay), and the kitchen was nicely equipped for what we needed. We took the short walk (about 1km) to a well-stocked grocery store for some supplies, which was easier than driving on busy streets if you don't need a lot, plus the parking lot near the apartment did tend to fill up by late morning while we were there. We just parked once and left the car for our 2 nights. The host was very responsive and sent clear instructions for our arrival and departure. Having access to a nice sized fridge, freezer (unusual for Europe), and washing machine, plus ample outdoor drying space on the clothesline, were extra conveniences (Tip: bring your own laundry soap and fabric softener).

Lots of stairs, but you're rewarded with a beautiful view if you don't have mobility concerns. We expected this so it was not a problem. Street noise, but the payoff is you're in the centre of activity and it's great for people watching!
