Josh and Mario were very welcoming and helpful, making our stay in Tulum easy and fun. This was the perfect place to base ourselves for our Tulum adventures. All the facilities were great - showers had good pressure unlike other places in the area.

"Amazing Shabbos at Casa MTL Tulum"

We loved the property, large rooms, high ceilings, two pools, rooftop deck, around the corner from Chabad of Tulum, close to everything. Best thing is the owners, Mario and Josh! Warm, helpful, from Montreal.

Some roads not paved, lots of trash on streets, no sidewalks in most of the area.
