We loved our stay at My soul. The location was fabulous and the staff and owners were all so lovely. We loved the natural light and how comfortable the area was .. we would stay there again.

We loved our little apartment.. everything was functioning and had lots of natural light. The owners were very attentive and kind. Loved the area and all the restaurants around the accommodation. Never had an issue with the internet

Water pressure wasn’t too strong

The room and the bathroom are spacious.

We couldn't find the location from google map. It showed a different place and we had to ask some people to get there. All the plugs of kitchen stuff weren't fit. The deposit box didn't work and there was the beep sounds every 5 minutes for 3 days. Faucets in the bathroom were very hard to use... Next room was very noisy and doing a party with big music a whole night...

Our recent stay at this property was truly exceptional. The accommodations were immaculate, offering all the comforts one could desire, coupled with a touch of elegance that elevated our entire experience.

Extremely comfortable apartment, right in the heart of La Veleta and within walking distance of most of the nicest restaurants/bars in the area. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay: it is spaceous, bright and kitted out for cooking if you wanted to. We spent 7 days and it became a comfortable base. The pool is also a great feature. The place lives up the stunning photos, clean and comfortable. The beach is easily accessible by bike or scooter

The pool is a great feature but has to be shared with the other apartments, which was fine but you would be right in front of someone else’s living room (unless you got that apartment of course 😊) Hot water for a shower was patchy. The wifi was temperamental.

We stayed at Amor, it was a beautiful room, very aesthetic and a direct access to the pool. The neighbourhood is nice and cosy, with bars all around. But def rent a bike or a scooter because it’s impossible to go to the beach without. We also had two electricity cuts, meaning that we couldn’t enter the room - maybe an ordinary key would be handy.

It’s hard to sleep with all the loud noises and bright lights coming into the room at night. Shower wasn’t great (boiling or freezing water 🤪)

Beautifully decorated, lots of light, large space for 2. Comfortable bed. Wifi was working great. Very nice people overall, super discreet.

Our mistake when booking, but location is quite remote, you 100% need a car to go around. For what we wanted in Tulum, we now know there is better options for nearly same value closer to the beach.
