Studio Apartman Fictilis

Sylvia met us to show us the easiest way in to our apartment! Apartment was so lovely beautiful and comfortable bonus bathroom was quite large! Right in one of the best areas of Old Town Split!

Everything it was perfect

Sijainti on erinomainen. Asunto vastaa täysin kuvausta. Se on hyvällä maulla sisustettu ja siisti. Silvija vastaa nopeasti viesteihin ja on erittäin avulias. Hyvä ilmastointi.

Sijainnilla on varjopuolensa. Googlen kartan avulla asunnon löytäminen on vaikeaa, mutta kun alueeseen tottuu, löytäminen on helpompaa. Mutta pahinta oli meluisuus. Asunnossa ei joistain arvioista poiketen ole äänieristettyjä ikkunoita. Ilman korvatulppia nukkuminen oli mahdotonta, koska suoraan ikkunoiden alla on olutravintolan terassi.

Gorgeous apartment conveniently located within the old city with all facilities a person requires for a short stay

Perfect location in the heart of the Palace. The apartment has everything you need for a short break. Very friendly and responsive host.

A little difficult to find at first as the Palace is like a maze, but once you've found the apartment, it's easy. If you do get lost, just ask locals for Leopold's bar, and the apartment is directly above, accessed by a gate next to the bar.

The apartment was lovely. It was large, clean and nicely decorated.

We didn’t realize that it sits directly above a very crowded and loud bar that goes until midnight. It’s best to be ok with going to sleep late. Also, there wasn’t a coffee maker so we made instant coffee with a hot pot. Not quite the same.
