Well equipped comfortable apartment.

What I loved about this property was it is just a short walking distance from the main strip along PDC , the Biosphere and the Old Town aswell as local supermarkets so your off the hustle and bustle but only a stone throw , the view also from the balcony of the apartment was fabulous , the apartment was extremely well equipped inside from books to read by the private gated pool, fully equipped kitchenette, comfortable bedroom , wifi , and bonus with the washing machine

I didn’t NOT like anything about the property, if I am been picky I would probably say tv with English channels , but that was certainly not an issue as sitting outside on the balcony was such a lovely view that you didn’t need tv

everything was amazing 🤩 the apartment was exceptional! I honestly was shocked (in positive obviously) since from the first sight everything was unbelievable perfect. The apartment has a small balcony with a table and two chairs which we enjoyed the stunning view of the sea 🌊 As soon as you walk in on your right you have a large sofa (which i do believe it can become a bed). On the left you have a tv and a glass table with 2 chairs. In front of you there is a small-new very functional kitchen. Everything you need is there, starting from the coffee machine to a washer. We honestly were super happy about it, since we had the chance to enjoy some meals at home. Then you have a brand new bathroom, which was super pleasant. A huge shower and sink and overall spacious (we also had hairdryer with the curler attachment🥹🥹). Finally the room is quite big, with a king size mattress and a huge wardrobe. Also, with the apartment there is access to the residence building pool, which was super clean and well furnished with sunbeds, showers and toilets. All of these super cleaned. Lastly, the location was pretty central to the main strip of Puerto del Carmen, easy to reach by walking but easier with a car (which in this island you need to do everything) I hope this can help 😊

Apartment needs a fan for the warm nights

Modern apt with good shower and washing machine. Had a nice view and was located close to the old town and the main strip.

Faulty door lock. Locked cupboards. Wi-Fi wasn’t the best. No fans. Would have liked a full size ironing board instead of the small table top one supplied. Pool was meant to be heated but wasn’t.
