Super comfy. Very Clean. There was every little thing you need. Bed was really good.

Message in English about entry, after that only in Italian. No house manual for email, rubbish etc. All felt very corporate. Ridiculously complicated and unreliable website app to check in

Very stylish accomodation in the centre of Udine, near the train station, lots of dining/coffee options, comfortable bed (from our perspective) and well-equipped kitchen.

No washing machine, iron and iron board. After late afternoon rain there was a banging noise from water dropping from the roof and hitting a metal panel for few hours. It seems neighbours get to use to this sound.

The apartment was very comfortable and well decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed and it was great to have basics such as salt and pepper etc The fridge had ice in which was again much appreciated. The desk in the main room was good for some work I had to do and sofas and cushion were comfortable when we wanted to relax and read. The location was very convenient quite near the railway/bus station and only a few minutes from the centre of the old town. It was easy to take trips to some other local interesting places in Friuli region. The host had put several guidebooks available and the wifi worked well.

We had some problems getting the keys due to the need to complete forms on line at the property which we had not realised until we were in Italy. The key code did not seem to work and the owners son came out to help us which was great and much appreciated . The keys for the property were inside the flat so no problem subsequently - once we had got in past the gate and building door. It would be useful to have a rubber mat to use in the bath when showering to stop slips.

Clean and well-equipped with good dishes, pots, pans, coffee makers, coffee, and tea. Close to all of Udine. Comfortable bed with closets. A nice living room with sofa and chairs. Restful and relaxing.

An excellent place to stay in Udine. Warm and welcoming, artfully decorated and central to all of Udine.
