The apartment was clean and comfortable.

The apartment key must be obtained from another location, which requires time and effort, especially for someone without a car. It would be more convenient to have the key stored in a small box with a specific code, allowing easy access.

The owners are terrible people. I didn’t get to enjoy the property. I got kicked out. First of all you don’t know you have to drive 10 mins away from the location to pick up the keys, which the property owner says in their welcome message the hotel will go over everything, they know nothing about the property. The building has two doors that aren’t clearly marked so me and my boyfriend were lugging our bags trying to figure out which door to use. The keys BARELY work, you have to put them in the door just right which it took us about 20+ tries to get the door to work. I tried to message the owner because it cost extra money to make phone calls, I got no response for hours the hotel had no idea what to do I called the owner they basically said “the keys work” and did not unless you you’re very specific about how to put the keys in me AND my boyfriend both tried and it took us so long to get the keys to work when I got frustrated and angry with the owners for not offering help or an apology for no response they kicked me out. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. They are absolutely awful humans.

It was clean, everything working fine. Very good location, 15 minutes from the center. Perfect for some days , looking beautiful locations nearby!

🪳🪳🪳 Cockroachs.

Very clean and easy to access, had a parking space right in front of the building. Definitely will have it mind next time I visit Udine. In 10-15' by foot you can be in the old city.
