Akasha Suite II

The quiet setting of the studio with our own access to the sea. Beautiful views of the bay. Even spotted a turtle. Very well laid out apartment with a good kitchen, excellent shower and very comfy bed. Would definitely book again.

Tricky access to the main road although it was manageable. On the expensive side but the location, our terraces, sun loungers and our private swimming area made up for it. There were also two paddle boards which we could have used.

Location

Great location, just a bit out of Vathi, BUT you need a car. The place had its own private beach, to be shared amongst the 3 apartments on the property. Eleni and Vassilly, made sure we were settled in comfortably and even took us to the ferry on our departure. Great base to explore Ithaki!

The design of the place and its location are so amazing and unique, with beautiful sea view and private beach. Paddling boards and sun loungers were also available and free to use.

We could not manage to run the heater, but it was not a problem for us as it was not very cold and we managed with one extra blanket. We could have asked the host for help but we did not bother.

The location, the view, and the unique access to the water, combined with excellent aesthetics, colours, and functionality constitute a little gem that we were lucky enough to discover and enjoy for two days. We wished to stay longer, and we will surely come back again. Thank you for creating this fantastic place.

The parking space, although ample, needs some minor improvements regarding the slopes, the obstacles, and the access to the main road (maybe some warning sings for other drivers?).

Very clean and spacious studio with an amazing view. There is a parking space and a verandah to enjoy the view. You can also have a swim off the steps at the bottom of the property. The location is about a 5 minute drive out of Vathy, but far enough to feel privacy and serenity. The manager communicated well with us. Everything in the apartment was lovely including a comfy bed.

If I could offer some advice to the manager, a dish rack and a tea towel is a must in the kitchen. Also, although we were grateful for the coffee pods, a few extra staples in the kitchen would have been appreciated (like they provide in most other holiday lettings). It’s the little extra touches that make a huge difference.

The view firstly..The cleanliness. It's near new and modern. Bedding was comfortable. Facilities for cooking there were good.

Could do with more storage for luggage and clothing. No washing facilities and a little too far from town for me who didn't hire a car due to duration of stay.
