Charissa apartment

WE LOVED THE LOCATION. Best of all were all the children playing in the square, happy and peaceful. Plus the sound of church bells in the morning. Cafe with excellent coffee just below the apartment! No noisy cars or motor bikes!!! The sound proofing of the windows cut out any extra noises.

The air con had a bright light that meant we preferred not to have it on at night.

Great location. Host has thought of everything you could need.Top quality fit out. It was a very comfortable one night stay with comfy beds.

Nice clean apartment, near shops, cafes and restaurants. Attention to detail. Nice facilities.

During the night while we were sleeping at 6am in the morning the ring bell sounded. I opened the door and to my surprise is was a guest there from previous week's stay who was looking for his forgotten passport in the apartment. I had to check the safe deposit for passport. Could find anything. Later on he came back at 9am again and asked me to check the 2nd safe which was located in the 2nd bedroom. The host called me to apologize and offered to pay me back the amount for 1 night to compensate me for this incident. This incident ruined our stay. The host ultimately did not pay me back the amount as promised. Sad, he could have communicated better with the previous guest to explain him where his passport was.

We liked everything. The apartment is well equipped has everything you need, comfortable, spacious from wine and fruit to a washing machine dishwasher etc' Looks exactly like published and more. Located on a square near the brodwalk on the sea and many quality shops, very clean. We will definitely come back.

The whole apartment was spotlessly clean. The décor was outstanding, and classy. Great location in the middle of Volos. Bottled water in the fridge, complimentary sweets too. Everything we could have wanted/needed was in this outstandingly equipped apartment, even down to a sewing kit, and emergency shaving kit. A huge help that it had Netflix too!! If you're visiting Volos it's a great place to explore from.

There was nothing to dislike at all. Even the nearby church bells sounded sweet.
