הדירה חשופה לשמש ישירה כל היום והמזגן בחדר השינה לא ממש הצליח להתגבר על זה . לקח לו המון זמן להגיע למצב שהחדר היה בטמפרטורה סבירה .

"Καλή (αλλά θα μπορούσε να ήταν καλύτερη!) - Η περιοχή ήσυχη και η θέα όντως θαυμάσια!"

Οι ρολοκουρτίνες που βρίσκονται στα παράθυρα του καταλύμματος ναι μεν δεν έχουν φωτοδιαπερατότητα αλλά όταν πέφτει επάνω τους ο ήλιος λειτουργούν ω μαγνήτης θερμότητας και ανεβάζουν κατακόρυφα τη θερμοκρασία στο εσωτερικό του καταλύμματος (φαινόμενο θερμοκηπίου) με αποτέλεσμα ο κλιματισμός να είναι ανεπαρκής! Προτείνω να βάλετε αντηλιακές μεμβράνες στα παράθυρα που θα βοηθήσουν άμεσα στην μείωση και της θερμοκρασίας αλλά και της κατανάλωσης ενέργειας! Επίσης παρόλη την συνεννόηση και την επιβεβαίωση που προυπήρξε σχετικά με την ύπαρξη σαμπουάν & αφρόλουτρου στο κατάλυμμα όταν φθάσαμε δεν υπήρχαν! Κατόπιν επικοινωνίας με τον διαχειριστή η έλλειψη αποκαταστάθηκε αργότερα αλλά μέχρι τότε είχαμε ήδη αγοράσει απο το κοντινό (ευτυχώς) super market.
