Appartement sehr gut ausgestattet, gut gepflegt, mit ein paar Gebrauchsspuren, Toplage direkt in Zentrumnähe, sehr netter Vermieter. Wunderbare Aussicht vom obersten Stock. Die Terrasse ist wirklich das Highlight.

Man muss ca 8 Stockwerke zu Fuß hinaufsteigen, da kein Lift vorhanden, mit Gepäck ziemlich mühsam. Aber es soll heuer im Herbst ein Lift gebaut werden lt. Vermieter. Geräuschpegel von der Stadt/Straße in der Nacht erfordert Ohrenstöpsel für empfindliche Personen, zumindest im außenliegenden Schlafraum.

Nuestro contacto en el apartamento fue Gordan (supongo que el marido de Jasminka) y fue el anfitrión más atento que hemos tenido en todos nuestros años reservando en la plataforma. Nada le supuso un problema y su tiempo de respuesta a nuestras preguntas también fue excepcionalmente rápido. Otra característica destacada es la amplia y bien amueblada terraza con una fantástica vista al agua y al casco antiguo. La próxima vez que estemos en Zadar, llamaremos a Gordan antes incluso de buscar cualquier otro posible alojamiento. Un lugar excelente para alojarse y con una excelente relación calidad-precio.

El ático está en la sexta planta (?) de un edificio sin ascensor. Para nosotros no fue un problema, pero podría ser más complicado para personas con movilidad reducida.

The apartment is located on the 6th floor and there is no elevator. It has undergone minimal renovations, and the layout of the bedrooms is somewhat unconventional. Additionally, the bathroom facilities are split: the toilet is in one room, while the shower, sink, and bidet are in a separate room across the hallway. The air conditioning struggles to effectively cool all the rooms

Świetna lokalizacja , cudowny widok z balkonu , bardzo pomocna obsługa.

The location and the balcony was perfect. The host is also very friendly and nice and helped us to recover something we have left there.

Just be aware that the apartment is on the 5th floor using stairs.

Estaba en el 5to por escalera. Las sábanas eran malas y sucias, las toallas viejas . Un baño solo con inodoro, incómodos. No era lo que esperábamos. Solo linda vista
