Cozy Old Town Apartment

The property was in the perfect location and close to everything. The apartment was clean, comfortable and the kitchen nicely stocked. I was able to swim off the dock at the end of the street and the airport bus was a 5 min walk. The host was very accommodating and I was able to enter the apartment before the check in time due to an early arrival.

Keys were easy to find. Good communication from property owner. The flat was clean and in an excellent location. Highly recommend for the location and very good value for money. Bed was very comfortable and good air conditioning. Thank you for having us!

Apartamento muy bien situado justo en el centro

El anfitrión debería dar mejor las indicaciones para acceder al apartamento. Por ejemplo indicando que la caja de las llaves estaba en el tercer piso.

위치가 좋았고 앞의 대중주차장이 만석이긴 하나 돌다보면 자리가 나왔습니다. 또 야경을 보는 유명한 위치와 가깝고 위치가 엄청 좋습니다,

The location in the old town, close to all that I wanted to see.

Again the location - this appears to be maybe a former dormitory. All the noises from the neighbours could be clearly heard, including the noise from their trolley luggages in the middle of the night. Our next-door neighbours tried by mistake to enter our room, quite an unpleasant situation... Then the next noise-generator - we were "lucky" to have a live show - boxing competition on the square in front of the apartment, starting at 20:00 and ending after midnight :( And the last one - an orchesrta in the morning at 08:30. Not to mention the church bell, ringing each hour starting at 7:00 a.m. So, we had a problem with the noise and we did not sleep much. It was a bad choice definitely. Not because of the accommodation itself, but because of the noise, that is unavoidable if you ask me. Other than that, it was a good value for money close to the sea organ and all the churches and restaurants around. The room had all we needed. Just the bedroom is quite small and the windows are facing the corridor of the dormitory, so all noises will be definitely heard.

Everything!!Not only is the studio apartment well equipped (I loved the fact that there were even sanitary towels in the bathroom for us girlies) and clean, it's perfectly located with an amazing view of the sea. Ana (the host) provided clear instructions for getting into the apartment...and she's just the sweetest!

That I had to leave 😔...I'll definitely be back!!

Great little apartment perfect for 2. Host gave great and easy to follow instructions to let yourself in. She even left a little folder with lots of useful information inside about the visit to Zadar. An abundance of towels which is GREAT. Good shower pressure, lots of toilet rolls, didn't cook so cant speak on the kitchen and utensils.

States to use the AC at 25degc minimum, which isnt helpful when its very hot there.

Perfect location with side view of the sea, and music from the square. Sun Salutation is five minutes away, and lots of restaurants around. Lots of Coffee and tea, and even bathroom basics provided.
