G&M Kolovare

The apartment was clean, well equipped, tastefully decorated and just a few minutes from The Old Town and a couple of 100mtrs from Kolovare beach. The owners were very helpful. We couldn't have asked for a more pleasant stay.

Going home!

Perfect location in Zadar for holiday. 1 min to good beach and 10 min walk to old town. Clean and spacious appartement with all you need. Quick WiFi and easy working aircondition and kitchen. Friendly and helpful host with quick reply on conversations.

For us the bed was to hard. Would suggest some soft bed mattress. Its on second stairs that was good exercise for us but big bags and for elderly it is a bit exhausting.

The accommodation is a very sophisticated apartment on the edge of the old town by the sea. You can see the sea from the window. The best beach in the city is located in front of the house, the main sights of Zadar are within walking distance. The owner is very helpful and tactful, always available in the background via telephone or Viber. Parking is free around the house, but due to the beach, many people park on the street as well. Regardless, we were able to park.I can only recommend.

There is no such thing.

Location was perfect not to far from the old town without being in it directly. A stone throw away form the local beaches. The apartment had evething we needed and well presented and decorated. 10/10.
