Mare-More studio w balcony and beach front and view

My stay in Zadar was nothing short of incredible, thanks to this perfectly located accommodation. Situated right across from the ocean, the property offers stunning views of the marina that I enjoyed every day from the comfort of the balcony — an experience that truly elevated the entire trip. The location is not only scenic but also highly convenient. A short 15-minute drive brings you to Zadar’s charming old town, while local restaurants and beautiful coastal walking paths are just a stone’s throw away. We took full advantage of being right by the marina and booked a sailing trip with Petar from ZARA Sailing https://www.facebook.com/people/ZARA-Sailing/61576894107141/?_rdr — the boat departed just steps from our door. It was an incredible way to experience the Adriatic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone staying in the area. Another highlight was watching one of the most breathtaking sunsets we’ve ever seen from Zadar Sunset – Puntamika Point. The sky lit up with colors over the sea and the view was truly magical — it’s not to be missed. Whether sipping coffee in the morning or unwinding after a day of exploring, the peaceful setting and panoramic views made every moment feel special. I can’t recommend this spot enough to anyone planning a trip to Zadar. It’s the perfect combination of natural beauty, comfort, and convenience. I’d return in a heartbeat!

The apartment was well equipped . The host was really accommodating and was available to help when needed. Beautiful area and directly across from a small beach and an Uber into old town was between 5-10 euro. Balcony is perfect in the morning to soak up a bit of sun

1. The apartment is impeccably clean. It was very pleasant. 2. Everything you need is at hand - from kitchen utensils to the beach towels and sun beds. Even hair shampoo and conditioner were available. We missed only scissors - sometimes they were needed to open a packet or a package. 3. The balcony is a very good bonus to the flat - you can be at home and feel that you are at the beach at the same time. 4. The location is ideal if you come to enjoy the beach and sea, as the Old town can be reached only by bus - the bus stop is near but the buses (8 and 5) never come according to the timetable - or by taxi, as to go on foot for 45 min when is it so hot - is quite of a challenge. 5. The proximity of Konzum supermarket is an advantage, too. 6. We tried several restaurants in the neighbourhood - we liked Antinov the most. 7. The hosts are nice and responding quickly. 8. Don't forget to take the sea shoes - as the stones on the beach are sometimes sharp.

Everything was great the studio was very clean and well equipped. The view from the balcony was outstanding, so peaceful. The hosts were very welcoming. Arranged taxi ftom Airport for us.Walk to old town about 45mins along front, or taxi easily accessible.

Main issue was noise. Although the road is effectively a dead end, there's a beach bar at the end. There are loud and sometimes drunk people walking by at all hours and they aren't shy about making a noise. Cars and motorbikes zoom up and down too, it's incredibly busy and loud for such a potentially quiet location. The bed was really firm too, but that's just a personal taste thing, of course. Whether the noise bothers you depends on your own personal standards, I guess.

The hosts were extremely friendly, the flat was so clean and nicely decorated, we had a very private and at home experience. it was easy to uber to the city or take a bus that came right around the corner. the ocean view was so beautiful to see whenever you step out of the balcony at any time of day.
