"Perfect stay near Zadar"

We stayed here with our family and were absolutely thrilled with everything! The view was breathtaking, the location perfect, and the pool was a highlight for both kids and adults. Everything exceeded our expectations — peaceful, clean, and beautifully maintained. We truly enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay.

"Really relaxing stay in a clean and spacious apartment with a beautiful communal pool area."

The spacious outdoor areas and proximity to the sea. The villa is located in a quiet low rise neighbourhood with several restaurant choices and a small supermarket within easy walking distance. A €1.50 bus ride gets you into the Old Town in 20 minutes if required.

There are a lot of building projects going on close to the accommodation, sometimes there was a lot of noise and on some occasions the outdoor areas were covered in a film of brick dust from a nearby demolition. The immediate vicinity of Villa Zadar is undergoing rapid change.

Construction right in front of the Villa and not clear instructions how to drive around the construction to avoid long delays/diversions
