The location was ideal - as the name suggests, very central, although to be honest nothing is very far away in Zadar which we liked! Several good restaurants literally on the doorstep, as well as the sights. The double glazing was very effective at blocking out noise from the street on Saturday night, although it was quiet after around midnight/1am anyway (the other evenings were generally quieter a little earlier). Rooms were a good size, with comfy beds and there was a decent shower. Denis provided photos and information of how to find and gain access to the apartment in advance which was really helpful. He arranged an airport transfer for us and the driver waited an hour for us after our flight was delayed, which was much appreciated too.

The bath towels were a little on the small size (but I like a huge bath sheet so rarely get one as big as I have at home anywhere) but there were plenty provided. The smaller/twin bedroom didn't have aircon.

Apartmán je vo výbornej lokalite. Všetko čo sme potrebovali bolo dostupné. Káva, čaj, dokonca deky na pláž. Určite sa vrátime. :-)

Tolle Zentrale Lage für einen Besuch in Zadar. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und geräumig für 4 Personen.

Superb location, comfortable bed, large bedroom and living room. Very nice to have a kitchen.

The shower and sink was tight, but nicely updated and modern.

Well equipped kitchen and very comfortable, right in the center of the old town.

Outside could be a little noisy in the mornings with deliveries drop offs to local businesses, but not a big deal

Great location in the center of the old town!!! Close to the sea, restaurants and cafes. Good communication with the host Denis who was willing to give us all advice. Clean, spacious accommodation, with a balcony overlooking the street. Thank you

Die Lage ist wirklich super und der kleine Balkon mit der Morgensonne hat uns jeden Baum bezaubert. Unterkunft ist für zwei Leute geräumig, das Badezimmer gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Haus per WhatsApp war sehr unkompliziert und prompt.

Die Ausstattung der Küche war eher basal und nicht besonders hochwertig. Die Matratzen waren für mich viel zu hart. Ein Topper konnte nicht geschafft werden.
