Great apartment, perfect for even more than 4 guests. Two bathrooms, two bedrooms, large living room with fully equipped kitchen. Everything is high quality and located in the heart of the old town. Host very helpful and friendly. Great place to stay in Zadar.

Great location in center of old town, almost new property, really good and friendly local host Marijan who checked on us regularly and came by just to say goodbye. Great stay all around!

Nothing to complain about at all. Could have had an ice tray, dish towels and mugs for beer, but these are minor things.

Very spacious apartment with super comfortable beds, modern and new furnishings, appliances and amenities, loved having 2 separate fully equipped bathrooms (one as ensuite) and the large smart TVs in both bedrooms were a nice addition. We especially appreciated the triple glass windows in the whole apartment that fully insulated against the noise of the crowds below on the main street. Marijan was a great host who gave a warm welcome and good tips, and was quick to respond when contacted and even kindly allowed slightly later check out. 100% would recommend this place!

Not an issue for us at all but if you are travelling with heavy luggage or have poor mobility, the 3 floors of stairs (no elevator) to reach the apartment could be an issue.

Amazing gem in the heart of old town Zadar. Clean, beautiful finishes and excellent location.

Everything was more than perfect! We were with our niece, who is 2y old and asked for check in earlier. There was a possibility, and Marijan let us enter into at 10am, which we really appreciate. The apartment is very big, brand new and clean. It's in the centre of Old Town, very close to everything.
