Apartman Niko

The house is located very close to Zadar center. Near Lidl supermarket, shopping center and cinema. Full amenities, we can freely use during the holiday. The landlord is very kind, he was interested in we can find the apartment easily. I will definitely reset this apartment if I return to Zadar. The price is great. There is nothing to criticize!

Great hosts. Fast response to questions. Easy check in and out. Clean and air conditioned.

The owner met us there and showed us around, the best part was my 4 year old son left his special toy when we returned home, the owner returned my sons toy via post. The hosts also after a request put photos of power rangers in the room to make him feel comfortable on arrival. Do not be put off by the exterior of the building, Croatia was at war in the 90s and the building is that cool it shows the scars of that, but the apartment is fully modern, really cool

No fault of the owner but this is 5 floors up, we as a family is fine with this and we're aware of this before we booked so make sure this is fine for you

Everything was great, the apartment is beautiful, neat, extra clean and location is great. Communication with the owner was excellent. I definitely recommend it!
