The apartments intentionally set low prices on Booking. You book, pay, and then they do not check you in, demanding an additional payment. In fact, you are left without money and without housing. Booking tries to help, but the property owner insists until the end that you have stayed there. It's a long story for getting your money back, designed for you to simply give up. In fact, this is a scam!

The studio, although located in an old building, has been completed renovated and looks pretty. It has all comforts, and it's well equipped. Plenty of towels and other useful things, and there is also a washing machine (clothes would quickly get dried when hanged just outside the door). The owner was so nice to let me leave the luggage for some extra hours as there wasn't a new guest arriving right after. Beach is about 10 minutes walking from the studio. Fair balance between quality, location, and price.

The plug management could be improved.

Very comfortable apartment, with everything you need for a short stay. The host was very nice and responsive.

The location is quite good. Near the podbrig beach (5-10 min by foot). Not too far from old town (10-15 min). You can find everything you need in the apartment. The owner answers soon after you send the request on whatsap. The parking is next to the building. The sign "for tenants only" is written (probably by the tenants :-))There is also area next to the wall where we always found free space for the car. Shopping market is near the building.

The apartment is in the building on the 2nd floor. The inside area is not too big. However, we expected this.
