Apartment war vollständig und sauber.

Das Apartment war 30 Minuten von der Altstadt zu Fuß entfernt. Einige Sachen haben nicht funktioniert/waren kaputt wie die Fernbedienung vom TV und die Toiletten-Schüssel.

I really liked these apartments. Fresh, neat renovation, perfect cleanliness, pleasant-smelling towels and bed linen. There is everything for cooking, hair dryer, iron, drying board. I would especially like to mention the owner, he is always in touch, always ready to help. I highly recommend it to those who want to enjoy a convenient location and excellent service!

Very clean, well prepared and helpful host

It had all we needed for our short stay

Large one bedroom apt in a newer area of town, around 20 min walk from the main bridge that takes you to old town zadar and main sites. Lidl supermarket very close by. Apt came with parking which is a plus. Fully equipped, you'd be able to cook and wash clothes, which is appreciated for convenience. Host provided very detailed check in instructions for self check into the apt and was responsive. I would stay again especially if the rates are still affordable.

It's a great place. Just a word of caution for people of low mobility or needing a walker for example. The elevator does take you to the apt floor. However, once inside there are 3 steps down to the main area from the entrance. Apt is on a mid level floor that becomes more or less the ground floor that way. If you don't have that issue or travel light, it won't affect you.

Good location for leaving car and walk around, all you need in 5 to 10min walking distance. Clean and tidy and quite apartment. Recommended also for families.
