Fantastic location close to best beaches in Zadar and centre. Garden is beautiful and is great in sunny day thanks to the shade from plants. Excellent kitchen with microwave, toster etc. Goran is a very kind host!

Obiekt dosyć czysty, personel to dwie starsze osoby które nie mówią nic po angielsku, ciężko jest sie dogadać, pilnują wyjscia z zegarkiem w reku, wyszlismy 7 minut po 10:00 i nas wygonili, twierdząc ze jesteśmy nie w porządku, jak przez caly pobyt nie bylo pana ktory umie angielski tak na ostatnia chwile przyszedł nas wygonil, bardzo nie miłe podejście, placimy za nocleg a oni nas wyganiają za 7 minut opóźnienia bo czekaliśmy na ubera, lokalizacja słaba do centrum jest conajmniej 30 minut na piechotę, jedynie plaża najbliżej 13 minut, ogólnie nie polecam

Clean apartment with useful facilities including AC and stable internet, in quiet area, close to the restaurants, sea and beach(es) (couple minutes of walk). Also the terrace was appreciated. About half an hour of walk to old town centre.

The beds creaked (were noisy), but we got use to it, so not a big deal.

Goran and his family are very nice hosts. Communication with him was clear and prompt. The apartment looks exactly like on the photos. It is located in a quiet area just a few minutes from the sea and it has all you need. I can only recommend it.

Apartman je prostran, uredan, čist i sadrži sve što je potrebno. Apartman ima svoj balkon i posebno svoju terasu. Vlasnik je ljubazan, susretljiv i dostupan za sva pitanja.

Sve je bilo odlično.
