Nautical apartment old Town Zadar - with roof terrace

This apartment is a real treasure! It’s in the attic, right in the heart of Zadar’s Old Town, with a lovely terrace where you can see the red rooftops, hear the soft city sounds, and just relax. The atmosphere is truly special. In the evenings, we could hear the lively tourist buzz from the streets – it gave a great holiday feeling! But the windows are fantastic – they block out the noise really well, so it didn’t bother us at all. I stayed here with my daughter and felt very safe and comfortable. The owners were warm, kind, and very thoughtful. They gave us space, but we felt they really cared. They were simply human and understanding – just lovely people. And the stairs? We loved them! Climbing up felt like a little adventure. Inside, there’s also a small mezzanine with steps, which made the place feel cozy and fun. Highly recommended!

The apartment is beautiful, especially its lovely and sunny roof terrace. It is situated in the heart of the old town, so everything is very close. You feel safe and comfortable (you always lock the building). Self-checking is OK, communication is quick and pleasant. I can only recommend it.

The location is superb, the apartment is full of character, open plan and comfortable. We thought having the mezzanine floor as a bedroom was super cool. Also, the roof terrace has made it extra special. Andrej, the agent was always quick to respond to any questions and very polite and helpful.

There were a few stairs to climb, but we knew that. If you want a roof terrace in Old town Zadar, that's what you have to expect. A second set of keys may have been handy, but we didn't ask for one, so can't complain.

the fact that there was no elevators. we had to lug our luggage up four storeys. great workout though hahahaha.

The house is so pretty! Not so easy for the stairs, a little dangerous but a very nice place in the real old town

We didn t have the hot water. Cold shower not so nice! Even if the host called us to help but it did not work
