Zentrale Ferienwohnung mit Balkon in Aachen

Gute zentrale Lage zur Innenstadt. Zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zu Essen bzw. sich etwas liefern zu lassen. Saubere und geräumige Wohnung mit separatem WC. Gute Ausstattung. Es fehlte an Nichts.

Parkplatzsituation. Es ist nicht dem Vermieter anzulasten sondern ein generelles Problem in den Innenstädten.

Eine sehr schöne, hervorragend ausgestattete, blitzsaubere Wohnung mit sehr gutem Bett nahe des Hbf, Innenstadt ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Sehr nette Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Glasklare Empfehung, jederzeit wieder!

The Balkon was nice.

So many little things were overlooked. A bottle of water or a welcome note? Nope. No clear instructions upon arrival. I panicked and had to call the booking service because there was no answer from the owner and no key 🔑 or code. There is a keycode /keyless entry panel on the door - but you need a metal key., which is confusing! The actual key was hiding in a location not disclosed to me. Finally, a person emerged from another flat to show me where the key was - and acted like it would have been my fault that I didn’t have superpowers 🦸‍♀️ like magneto to grab the key from its hiding spot. The cracked toilet button can pinch your finger and take care for the malfunctioning water lever - be careful, or the water will run all night and splash the toilet seat - Not a sustainable solution. The Coffee Machine was broken. 😞 Nobody cared to replace this, even when requested. Ignored. No Wifi password available - The owner responded and provided this information, but really it should be available in a guest house rules book or something. 🤷🏼‍♀️ These are basics people. The half fridge is so low to the ground, I caught my toe under the door, which wasn’t nice. I did not use the Shower, but the fan ran continuously.

I had expected to receive the check-in instructions the day before our arrival, but it turned out they had been sent when we booked the place a couple of months earlier. So, be sure to check your Booking.com message box in advance. Once I located the message, we entered the apartment easily by following the instructions. The apartment was spotless, and everything worked perfectly. We contacted the owner once about a missing utility, and the lady downstairs brought it to us within minutes. The location is slightly outside the city center, but it’s close to the main train station and within walking distance of many tourist attractions. Overall, it was a good experience.

Lovely place. Well located. Fully equiped. Flat was very clean and quiet look exactly like the pictures. The host was flexible regarding check in/ out time. Perfect communication with the host. Definitely recommend.
