NZThis is a beautiful home, well refurbished and all the essentials. Location was great. Nice and quiet.
I let the property manager know that there is black mould on the wall by the bunk beds. Very disappointing as kids sleep here. It would be really nice (in Winter months) to put the heating on for guests 1 hour before they arrive - it took 5 hours to warm up the house after arrival. This is a gorgeous home but I feel really let down by the high cost of this home with black mould present.

GBGreat view from 1st floor and amazing balcony. Lovely kitchen and lounge areas. Close to town and enjoyed that the bedrooms stayed cool as they were on the ground floor.
The initial experience we found tedious as it is managed by a property management company. The checking in process involved logging onto a portal, providing photo ID, holding a $350 deposit and reading lengthy T&Cs which we hadn’t experienced in any other bookings in our 2 month stay of New Zealand. I initially thought all the emails were scams! A bit of a faff to complete whilst travelling and didn’t feel like a trusting welcome. The outside entrance to the property looked unfinished and when it rained created a puddle of mud which was hard not to bring into house. Could do with a path or some gravel as it’s the first thing you experience.

There was a bit of building work going on the adjacent 3 properties, which didn’t effect us too much as we were out during the day, but work was going on while we sat chilling on the deck area which would have been a big problem if we were at the property all day.

Maybe a clothes rack as the clothes line was not in great condition. I didn’t like all the T/c’s which you don’t normally get with Booking.Com
AEThe living room area with integrated outside deck and kitchen was amazing. All the needed kitchen ware was available. Extremely clean and well organized. Ideal for relaxing.
