This has been a terrible experience. The only thing I wanted in this trip was a swimming pool with lake views and privacy. This time the swimming pool had NO water in it for the duration of our stay. We also had builders on our balcony for two of the three days- I have videos of all for evidence. Please see below photos. I was told by other property owners that there has been no water in the pool since last April and there won't be water until at least March. The owner simply replied with “sorry for the inconvenience”. I started using Booking.com this month and have already stayed in 3 different properties this month. I just want what’s fair and due to the dishonesty shown by the owner and ruining our stay I am expecting a refund- which I am still waiting for. I just want what is fair. I tried to change properties but given it was Christmas Eve and Christmas Day there was nothing available with a pool. So my experience was obviously very bad.

Loved the location and view. Easy access and comfortable. The Condo had everything we needed and was very enjoyable for cooking meals and hanging out.

The swimming pool. prominent in the promotion was not functional and had not been for some time. Need to get that fixed.

Beautiful condo with a lovely view, high quality furnishings, modern appliances. Comfortable king bed with soft sheets. Kitchen is well-equipped, WiFi works fine, air conditioning in bedroom and living room. Washer and dryer in unit. It was very peaceful when I stayed in August. Esteban is responsive and polite via Booking.com messages. I did not use the pool but it looks nice. I wish I could have extended my stay here.

A few supplies were missing: I had to buy laundry detergent to use the washer, and dishwasher detergent to use the dishwasher. It was unexpected few days before checkin to receive a detailed "rental agreement" to sign with all kinds of rules and clauses that did not match the Booking.com listing. The bedroom air conditioner starting dripping water and someone was supposedly dispatched to look at it, but I never saw them. The area is not very walkable, you really need a car if you stay here.

This was a really nice place. It was exceptionally clean and very spacious. The kitchen was well equiped

The cost of the cleaning and the taxes. The cost of the stay was about $50.00 and the cleaning was $70.00. Booking.com misled me into thinking the price would be about $70.00. Instead the cost was $130.00. This makes me mistrust Booking.com. The directions given by Booking.com took me into a very poor part of town. It took about 1.5 hours to find the place. A bathroom fan fell out of the ceiling during the night.

great location, very comfortable, and loved that there was a gym, pool and private parking.

Took an hour and a half to get into the complex. The code that was provided was not working. After several attempts with different codes being provided - the issue was that the electronic box that opens the door was missing. We ended up having to look for a security guard to provide a key. Additionally, we found cockroaches.
