Position perfect

Outside needed sticks etc cleaned up. Area outside untidy on arrival and no rake to tidy it up ourselves.

The location was excellent just a short walk to city and botanical gardens. Lovely street, very quiet. Clean, comfortable, nice outlook onto small garden, facilities modern and sufficient to meet our needs. Suggested to host adding a cheese platter to the kitchen and an inside door mat. She seemed happy to receive our feedback.

First night apartment was a bit cold as didn't quite have heating setting right as only adjusted the temperature level. The second night we worked out needed to increase the fan level as well as temperature.
