Nice apartment on Samal 1

Fantastic location and excellent value for money. The host was very friendly and made check-in easy. We were even allowed to stay a bit longer on checkout day, which was a nice bonus. Highly recommend for a comfortable and convenient stay!

Location is near in everything you need as a tourist

The apartment was clean and the location is very central.

The rooms have no AC and the appliances are really old. There is just 1 washroom across 2 rooms. The host was really rude (to the extent of being racist) and not accomodative at all. It was a bad weather day in Almaty and we mentioned we will check in by 6 PM but being on a mountain with no range in heavy rains we couldnt update the time. We informed as soon as we got range but the host yelled at us on call. She did not accept payment in dollars for the incovineince of exchanging and kept saying - 'My house my rules' and then later revealed that she worked with a bank! It was ridiculous. She kept questioning if we were only 4 people. She changed her behvaior 180 when she heard our friends were German. At similar cost you will find way better stays in Almaty.
