Бесключевой доступ в апартаменты, оснащение бытовой техникой, состояние матраса (не продавлен и достаточно жесткий).

Кровать зажата между батареей и металлической стойкой - нужно залазить на нее с торца. Если бы между стойкой и кроватью был проход, было бы удобнее. Вешалка на входе очень хлипкая, особенно крючки, которые зимнюю одежду могут не выдержать - желательно заменить ее на более прочную. Документы за оплату проживания обычно и, как правило, хозяин сам приносит на адрес, но здесь мне пришлось ехать за ними к нему.
