Very clean, spacious and modern. Owner was very responsive to messages and was very helpful. Doesn’t speak English but Google translate was fine. Good location, walking distance to corner shop, atm and a very good Georgian restaurant.

Not the air con is only in the living room not the bedroom, but it wasn’t a problem for me.
