Lovely 1-bedroom apartment with garden and parking

Comfortable property, enclosed garden for dogs. Quiet neighbourhood

This is one of our favourite regular stays as the property really suits our needs and is very close to the venue we usually attend in the area. It was nice to see that a new sofa bed had been purchased since our last visit, making my nights sleep more much comfortable. The property as always was very clean and well equipped, it is easy to park right outside and unload everything. The bedroom is carpeted, clean and well set out, has a very comfortable king-size bed, with room for a travel cot and has a large TV on the wall. The lounge has a large TV and a new sofa bed and a single chair bed, There is a table and chairs that is compact, the floor is of laminate and easy to keep clean with mats on the floor. The garden is fully enclosed with grass and a small patio with furniture. The bathroom is light, bright and well equipped as is the kitchen that has a fridge freezer, electric cooker, microwave, toaster, tea making facilities.

I was disappointed this time that the usual tea/coffee welcoming tray was not there, we usually get into the property have a cuppa and pop round to the shop to get milk, tea bags etc. to last for our stay and we had brought bread to toast but the toaster did not work. I do find it a little dark at the front of the property if we arrive late and being disabled i wish there was maybe a security light near the steps into the property during the winter.
